How To Sell Yourself

The writing was pretty easy, the choosing was a bit difficult. There's more travelling that has been done and more to do so I already know there will be a follow up, but this was a good thing to devout to. My travels have been such a part of my life, my story, that it seemed like a given I would write about it. So I consider this Volume 1.

The act of trying to sell myself is rather difficult. I don't really know the best way to go about it. I'm writing a lot, or I've been writing a lot. I have three books published and three more in the works, though all of those may take a bit longer than grief and travel. But the BBC elected to read Penciling the Earth, and I did get a decent amount of good feedback. I just don't know how to keep it going, to really make myself be seen. I see some of these local author pop-up events every once in awhile, but never in time to get myself to be a part of it. I roam past the tables and wonder how many copies of anything they actually sell from they're pre-ordered, self-published stack (a question I should probably ask), mostly which cover the topic of fantasy romance. So I'm trying to find an avenue or niche where I fit.  Even this blog and another website I have aren't really getting my name out there. I think i need to revamp what I have and how I approach it. It's just so strange for me to be like "LOOK!" but I know that's what people do all the time.
But yes, I wrote another book - 15 short travel essay about different places I've been. Hopefully, I have a Volume II in the future.
